These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of AI & Automation School, including but not limited to users of our platform, consulting services, and digital products.
AI & Automation School provides business automation consulting, software platform access, CRM setup and migration, marketing automation, and related digital services. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement or order confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
All subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (email sends, SMS messages, and similar) are billed at cost based on provider rates and appear as a separate line item.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date.
Upon cancellation you may export your data in standard CSV format. We retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content, software, design, and materials provided by AI & Automation School — including but not limited to documentation, templates, training materials, and platform features — remain the intellectual property of AI & Automation School.
Your data and content uploaded to the platform remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Results from automation, marketing, and CRM services vary based on your industry, audience, and execution. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI & Automation School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice of material changes via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
